Rewarding employers for getting staff giving
Now in its fourth year, the Payroll Giving Quality Mark is a Government funded scheme that recognises and rewards organisations of all sizes for making payroll giving available to staff.
How it works
The Quality Mark itself consists of a certificate and logo, plus three levels of award – bronze, silver and gold.
If you run a payroll giving scheme you'll get a certificate and logo to use on your website, letterheads and other literature. This shows that you offer payroll giving – and demonstrates your commitment to the good causes your employees care about.
The Awards
If you're actively fostering a culture of committed giving in the workplace, you could be rewarded with one of the three levels of award.
- Bronze award
Awarded to employers who get 1-4% of their employees using payroll giving. - Silver award
Awarded to employers getting 5-9% of employees giving direct from their pay. - Gold award
Awarded to employers getting 10% of employees giving. Employers also need to pay the administration charges, match donations, or actively promote payroll giving.
How to apply
If you run a payroll giving scheme and you haven't already received a Quality Mark Award, why not apply today?
